Is the pool safe?

It measures 10 m x 5 m, with a water depth of 1.70 m at its deepest and two small pools at stair level for children. The water is lightly salted for gentle, natural electrolysis.

Two 50 m² exotic wood decks serve as terraces for your comfort. ALKIRA decks slide to close the pool, ensuring optimum safety with a lock (approved system). Young children should not be allowed to open the deck, as it is heavy to move. Of course, armbands and buoys are compulsory for young children, and all swimming is under the responsibility of the parents or adults in charge of them for the entire duration of the stay. Parents and group leaders are reminded to close the door to their gîte, which gives access to the communal courtyard and swimming pool.

All Alkira movable decks comply with the NF P 90-308 standard for pool covers. So your pool is perfectly protected and complies with the French Swimming Pool Safety Act. Maytronics Sensor Premium complies with standard NFP90-307-1.

How does a down payment work?

A deposit is a first payment on the rental price and is considered as a commitment. It is paid to confirm and block the reservation. It is paid by bank transfer (RIB indicated on the contract) according to the terms of the rental contract.

How do I cancel my reservation?

The signing of the contract is irrevocably binding on both parties. No termination is possible without the written agreement of both parties. If the Taker withdraws from the rental, he/she remains liable for the full rent. If, during the rental dates, governmental measures prevent the rental, the stay will be postponed to a new date agreed between the 2 parties.

Termination by operation of law: in the event of the Tenant failing to comply with any of its contractual obligations, the present lease will be terminated by operation of law. This termination will take effect after a period of 48 hours following a simple summons by registered letter or hand-delivered letter which has remained unsuccessful.

Insurance: in all cases, the Tenant undertakes to be held personally responsible for any damage caused during his or her stay, and declares that he or she has third-party liability insurance, including the holiday extension. A copy of the insurance policy will be given to the Lessor when the reservation is made or when the Tenant moves in.

How do I check-in and check-out?

A joint inventory of fixtures is drawn up on arrival and departure of the tenant (based on an inventory of equipment and accessories) to be used in the event of the deposit being used. Deposit cheques will be returned within 10 days (photo of torn cheques).

Should I bring my own sheets?

Sheets are not provided, but can be rented on request. You can benefit from sheets and towels by specifying it in your request, subject to available stocks.
